HR I-9 Regulatory Compliance

Reid Kelly, P.C.’s corporate immigration practice partners with the human resource departments of our clients to assist them navigate the troublesome world of immigration-related laws and regulations that apply to employers, such as Form I-9, Social Security No-Match Letters, the federal E-Verify system, and various agency enforcement matters.   At the request of clients, we have developed and now provide training on I-9 compliance, and employment eligibility verification.  We also provide corporate I-9 policy drafting, I-9 internal audits, guidance on Social Security No-Match Letter policy drafting, and representation in agency worksite enforcement actions.
